"You" always means the card with the ability. So it's a good ability, but a selfish one--as you say, it only applies to attacks made by or against Omega Leader.

Yes. If you're defending against Omega Leader's attack, you can't modify your dice--which specifically means you can't add, change, or reroll any results.

I thought that evade tokens count as evade results on a die. Hence the faq to stop the tokens working against auto blasters.

Given that a token is most certainly modifying your dice, you are adding one result of a dodge.

The intent seems clear, the defender just gets his naked greens against the two or maybe three reds.

Problem is if your TL as an action your not focusing so Han at range one gets to hammer you first.

As does his escort if he's got initiative.

I'm not sure that's right. There's a key difference: Garven (and Keyan) is spending a token to get the normal result of spending that token, which is changing all [eye] results to [hit] or [evade] results. The ruling is that he can do that even if the number he would change is zero, which is a perfectly logical extension of "all".

But Omega Leader says you "cannot modify any dice". If you draw the analogy to Garven, then "any" includes zero, and you can't spend a focus token to modify dice results even if the number of dice you'd modify is zero.

The other way to read it is as you've said: you can still spend a token in a way that could modify dice, as long as the number of dice modified is zero.

It's a pretty narrow question, though. The only occasion I can think of when it would come up is if Omega Leader is attacking Garven Dreis and Garven rolls at least one focus result.
