Can Mark of Tzeentch be used to transform temporary reinforcement tokens into permanent Chaos Marine figures?

Yup, reinforcement tokens act as the lvl 0 unit for card powers as well. So you can turn a temporary unit into a permanent lvl 1. One of my favorite Chaos tactics (although if I've found you can burn through your CSM's really quickly that way if your'e not careful).
