Any update on the Regional Champ Prize Pack?

I know the target date was mid september, and I am sure that was a hopefuly target date and I know FFG is sometimes slightly behind schedule.

Just curious if anyone knows anything about when these things are supposed to go out, or what they may contain?

Not rushing or getting impatient, just curious

Tekken binder with a 1of set of tekken. Tekken binder looks pretty sweet.
