Really like that Black Sun Kihraxz!

Client wanted a change to the bloodstriped interceptor; so this is a fresh model (easier than tweaking over the paintjob), along with the rest of the squadron.
Fun!

Nope. It's a pair of AT-ATs making sweet, sweet love. How else do you think AT-STs are made?
Those are awesome. Good work!

After winning me a Summer championship, this little bugger deserved a nice repaint, didn't he?
He certainly did. 8]
Z95 redone.
Battle Damaged TIEs
A-wing from the aces pack. Just minor changes. A wash and guns painted. Mostly it was way too clean.
Then my HotAC ace in a T70
Really enjoying seeing everyone's repaints even though they shut down our subforum. Some of you guys are very talented. I'm still striving to get there! (But at least i'm on my way)
A terminator overlord.
*Edit 28/10 - 2015* I feel it was probably a bad idea to use a black background together with a mostly black ship so I've retaken the pictures using a blue background instead.
Go to my blog or my forum thread for the rest of the pictures.

Painting my khiraxs pretty similar. I absolutely hate the kack brown and sludge purple scheme on the factory paint (same with the m3a, had to paint all mine over and they look so much better in white/black or white/orange)
Here's the project I've just been working on:
I am still working on the stands-- I'll probably paint them black with stars. The bases (not very visible) are cardboard with a washer, wrapped in duct tape... I'll be painting those, too.
Pretty clever, I had never thought of re-purposing potatoes like that.

They only look like potatoes. They are actually made of foam, glue, aluminum foil, clay, sand, and paint. If they look like potatoes, that's good: based on all the pictures I have found of actual asteroids, the thing they resemble most is a grey potato.
Edit: Oh, and they have magnets. Every asteroid should have a magnet hidden under the surface, otherwise the low gravitational forces will let the spacecraft that land there float away the moment someone sneezes.

Wow, color me impressed! I thought for certain that I was looking at actual stones.

I thought his comment was a joke about how in ESB one of the asteroids really was a potato.
I've just started playing again after buying in at Wave 1 and then nothing until now...
First re-paint for the rebels, a B-Wing. Still some weathering to go and some blue squadron markings...
Oooooohhhhhhhhhh...

Black lining is win for this... unfortunately it doesn't go with the Black Sun Zs and my Black Sun Y. Still, crisp, bright colours FTW.
Prisoner themed z95 scum I did for a buddy.
Ooh, that's pretty good. I love the palette.
