This is a change; it used to say that modifying models was not permitted at all. So, as long as it's clear what model it is, you can mod to your heart's content. But no sticking x-wing wings on a z95 or vice versa.
I may well play my hinged-s-foil StarViper this weekend if I can get my Dengar by then.

I made my first conversion today with an alright paint job (I've never been very good at ties anyways hence why this thing was made...). I am NEVER free-handing logos or caution stripes again.
