Hi,

I was wondering if the Immobilize ability of the Doom Bringer causes damage when you roll a retreat flag against an enemy affected by it. Does the enemy suffer a damage since he cannot resolve that retreat dice result? Or you can resolve the retreat normally?

Since it's only active during the move step, it has no effect on retreats (which take place during the Attack Step).

Indeed. That wording was very deliberate.
