Hey I am looking to get into organized play for this game and I am wondering do I have to win a store championship and then go to regionals or can i just go to regionals.
You can just go. Winning a Store Championship gets you a first round bye at a Regional, but anyone can go. Same applies to Nationals (anyone can go, but winning a Regional gets you a first round bye) and Worlds (Nationals gets a first round bye). Currently, all of the non-reserved seats for Worlds are sold out, but unclaimed spots will be opened up on August 17th if I remember right.
