Beasties, Nasties and all manner of Creepy Crawlies...

By DidntFallAsleep66, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

... does the Enter the Unknown have alien beasties and animals like the Obi-wan, Anakin, Padmae arena scene or the beasties in Avatar... I don't mind at all knocking my own up but I'd need to play test them first before I place them in as Storyline element or Threats/Despair events...

Or is there some player made stuff already?

There is a Stalking Acklay, in the F&D beta book I believe, and Beyond the Rim has Nexu stats. As to where to find a Ronto, I don't know Stay on Target maybe?

The Acklay is in F&D I think.

Enraged Ronto in Suns of Fortune (one of the modular encounters).

The third beast is a reek, not a ronto. Don't believe there are stats for them yet

Incest is generally not seen as acceptable, even in Star Wars. Thankfully, Luke stopped at a kiss. :P

The panther-thingy that attacked Padme is a "nexu". They're covered in the Beyond the Rim adventure module in which the PCs visit their homeworld.

Also, the GM for the game I play in at the moment, found some fan made adversary cards. They save a bit of time flicking through the books etc... dunno where they are on tinterwerb coz I don't need them just yet... but I'll probably Google them when needed.

Errmmm,,, dunno,,,, wouldn't put it past a particulary depraved Sith ;)

Those would probably be the ones from Salith. See his post in the thread with the name “Compiled Resources List” at <https://community.fantasyflightgames.com/topic/85616-compiled-resources-list/page-21#entry1518021>.

It wasn't incest at the time the book was written. It was published 2 years before the revelation that Vader was Luke's father and 5 years before it was revealed that Leia was also a Skywalker...

Hey, if they had searched their feelings, they'd have k own it to be true. Or maybe if Darth Povich had been there for a paternity test...
