Sanic Boom - A Turtlehawk Games Series

By Crystal Geyser, in Rogue Trader Gamemasters

An Update From Turtlehawk Games:

Hey all! After a few months of technical difficulties, real life syndrome, and other such trivialities, we at Turtlehawk Games are going to begin re-uploading content to our channel for you to enjoy! Starting next week, we will be brining out new episodes of our previous campaigns such as Dark Heresy: Unsanctioned and Dark Heresy Second Edition, as well as beginning some new games like Rogue Trader and Black Crusade. In addition, we will also begin uploading content from campaigns we have already finished, yet never got the chance to upload, such as our Deathwatch game and backburner episodes of CHS: The Diana Files.

We are tentative to commit to a define schedule yet, but expect many more updates in the future. Watch our premiere of Rogue Trader: Sanic Boom, and maybe consider, if it pleases you, checking out our pilot for Black Crusade.

Rogue Trader - Episode 1

Graxis McAllister was living the high life, until his erstwhile ward slew him and commandeered his voidship, his warrant of trade, and even his best hat. Now, the pirate crew of the Sanicus ply the space lanes of the Lazarus Moors, plotting to craft the most powerful coalition of reavers and raiders that the Imperium of Man has ever seen. Can Galley Shay, renegade Tau, craft a criminal empire that will stand the test of time? Or will greed, spite and ambition threaten to tear the crew of the Sanicus apart?

Black Crusade - Episode 1

We loved Mad Max: Fury Road as much as anyone. Now, follow the misadventures of a band of hellscape-heretics as they blaze across the irradiated, wreckage-strewn deserts of the death world of Carnage. But before these warriors sculpt their story, they must escape their imprisonment at the hands of the sadistic Sicklemaws. Will these technical bandits be able to crew a nitrogen-charged, chrome-tinted testament to the power of the Dark Gods, or will they run out of gas before they've even started?

Episode 2 is live!

Cornered by the Arbites, Galley Shay bargains with Katiana while negotiations are made to import a tithe of convicts into the crew of the Sanicus. Hands are shaken, deals are cut, and various nefarious shenanigans follow.

The journey to the heart of the Lazarus Moors reaches its conclusion, but the Sahnicus's problems with daemons persist and accelerate. Even worse, Tripp-1989's

pyromaniacal tendencies start to threaten the safety of the ship and its crew, and Captain Shay gets resourceful in order to find a solution.

Having returned to real space, the crew of the Sahnicus begin their exploration of this stellar wilderness. A chance encounter with a stymied pirate captain leads to a potential avenue for further profit - but when the insidious Eldar are involved, the job is sure to be anything but simple.

To prove the superior might of their vessel, the crew of the Sahnicus dives headlong into combat against the Eldar corsairs blockading the space lane. Macrocannons are fired, fires are lit, and casualties are tallied in the hundreds of thousands.

Hey guys, just a quick message here explaining why we haven't uploaded many videos in a while. I'm re-editing our previous videos to try and make them more concise, along with fixing audio quality and re-uploading them with original artwork. We hope to have re-uploaded all our old content by the end of the month, with new episodes coming out after that. Hope to see you then!

Galley Shay reveals his identity to the Eldar Corsair prince, and Garth Brooks reopens negotiations with Captain Khergan.

The Sahnicus travels to the long-lost empire of Derin, where archaeotech wonders and ancient treasures are in high demand. There, with the assistance of their new Eldar captives, they prepare to settle a deal that will make them rich - well, richer.

Hey all, unfortunately I have some bad news.

What with real life, the amount of RPGs we play, and our very busy schedules, I’m afraid to say that maintaining this channel has gone beyond the scope of my capabilities. We’ve had a lot of fun this past year sharing our games and stories with you, but for now it’s time for Turtlehawk Games to close up. I’ll be deleting the channel and its associated content, but if anyone has any questions about how the stories and campaigns turned out I’ll still be active on the Fantasy Flight Forums so feel free to ask me anything. To all of you who subscribed, liked, or even just listened we thank you for your support, and wish you all the best of luck with your own campaigns in the future. Maybe someday we’ll be back.

Aww sorry to hear that. Listened to a few of your alls old games and was intrigued, but I hear ya about life sneaking up on you. Have fun and stay safe!
