So me and my friends are playing, and then i got hit with 1 damage token, and he uses 3 crushing blows at once. Does it work? or it needs to be used 1 at a time?

Yes, your opponent can do that. There is no limit on Crushing Blow, so 3 different event cards may be used on the same triggering condition.
