Just to check, Caprice Nisei and Ash can be installed in the same server? Then Caprice would trigger first, followed by Ash in the event of a run clearing all the Ice?

You are correct. Caprice would trigger when the Runner passes the last piece of ICE (somewhere between step 3.2 and 4), potentially ending the run and if the run does continue, Ash would trigger in step 4.4, preventing the Runner from accessing Caprice and whatever else in in that server.

Be careful on the timing of Caprice. She can be a bit finicky and won't fire off at all if you rez her too late.
