I really do not understand this one. I dont know if it because I am stupid or because it is 1am at the moment, but I am really not getting it.

"Weapons with a Proven Quality always ... treat any dice roll for Damage lower than the Proven rating (as indicated by the number in parentheses) as if it were the Proven rating instead. Thus, a Proven (3) weapon would treat any die roll of 1 or 2 as a 3" - Core Rulebook, p.172.

Every time when you roll damage dice lower than X of Proven(X) weapon, you count result as X.
