Quick problem, moved from NYC to Connecticut recently, and somehow along the way I lost my ticket bag. (i use crown royale pouches for my tokens)I'm aware FFG doesn't have a component replacement program, and I've even considered buying an entire new core set, just to replace my rail and ship tickets. I really can't afford that though. I've been using the $1 & $5 from arkham horror,I just don't know how to replace such a minimal piece of the game in a cost effective way.

Ask customer service. Seriously. Once I lost some cards at a convention, and they were willing to help. In the worst case, they will tell you "sorry, we can't help". In the best case, problem solved

Try FFG damaged and missing components service.

Agree with others - ask FFG. They replaced an entire set of cards for AH for me when the ones I had were damaged by a soda spillage.

If you are like me when I ordered a missing piece (after a convention)... they will totally turn up in the next week... without even looking for them.

mine have been missing since October.

If I had to guess, I'd say that FFG doesn't advertise that they replace components due to loss or player damage just so if their backstocks start to run low people don't complain that they've not getting promised replacements. For something as popular/in print as EH, they can afford to break down a few sets for part replacements.
