New Expansion!
It's interesting that no one is considering the possibility of new investigators arriving. After all, we had new AOs, right? Not sayin' it's happening; but I expect sooner or later that even investigators will leave the usual path
I believe my bet is on Luke, Tony, Zoey, and Minh. I did a ridiculous amount of pattern identification to figure this out to the best of my ability.
The alternative was Tony, Roland, Rita, and Marie (I think?).
Anyway, as Julia pointed out, we may even get new investigators altogether. I wouldn't expect that until between MoM and EH we've exhausted the list above.

The skeptic in me says that we'll get Arkham Horror Second Edition rather than something more for AH.

True. It'd be nice to see some more investigators from different parts of the world in general. I think it's time that the "Arkham universe" is expanded beyond the "Arkham boundaries": I welcome old time favourites returning, as I'd welcome new brave men and women ready to challenge the Mythos.

Not really sure I like what they did with Zoey. It seems a little more random than other investigators imo.
Marie looks phenomenal (Skids looks pretty good as well).

Zoey is really a killer. Look at her starting Will: it's 4. This means she can go 6 with improvements and even higher with the proper items. If she manages bot to lose San, her starting Strength becomes 5. Sounds terrific to me
I agree her stats look great. It's her abilities that sort of seem odd to me. And also that it seems as if they're veering away from the "unnerving/possibly crazy" intent of her backstory and actually making her a Saint (what with prayer and God-assigned tasks). I'm hoping it's a bit more ambiguous than that, but she looks fun.
I suppose with her terrific stats, she doesn't need particularly consistent abilities. But it's also really strange they made her a Sanity based character.. in AH, she's 3 Sanity, 7 Stamina. About as polar opposite as you can get.
True that, Arkham's Zoey looked like living on the verge on insanity, 7 San sounds rather high. As for the Saint thing... in general Eldritch s closer to Derleth's vision of the Mythos than HPL's. In the end, I don't see much Lovecraft in the Pope blessing you in your fight against Azathoth.
Let's see how she turns out to be once the game is released!

We'll have to see how it pans out. But with a Sanity of 7, it sure seems like she shouldn't be crazy. And the "Prayer" unique asset she starts with could go either way. We won't know who answers her prayers until we get a chance to flip the card.

She might be able to cope with the creatures because of her delusions. Still crazy, but a usful crazy.

Defiantly, and since he's a bounty hunter - my guess is 3/4 strength, 2/3 Will, and starts with the Task 'Purifying the World', since that's basically bounty hunting for Gods.
Since it mentions him being 'Traumatized' he may have a low sanity and Will. As for abilities? Maybe a cross between Tommy and Mark.
One of his abilitys is to get a focus everytime you kill a monster.
Also, I'm not so sure about him getting ''purifying the world''. I mean, they could easily add a couple more of those cards but, I don't know, it feels off to me.
Since it looks like they are continuing to go with unique assets and such, he may get a new task that they introduce in this expansion.
