ability of Blue Sun

I would like to know that, when the ability of Blue Sun is triggered and

used to return a rezzed ICE to HQ, is the printed rez cost is gained, or

the actual rez cost is gained, e.g. rez cost changed due to card effect like

Xanadu, Rook, or the advance tokens on ICEs like Nebula.

The actual rez cost (it would say printed if it meant printed). Rook/Xanadu/Nebula etc. are all constantly modifying the rez cost.

It's also not what you paid for it at the time if it were momentarily altered by Executive Boot Camp, Reina Roja, or Running Interference.
