so my question is this can u create an army with zogwort by orc cannon. because you are assigning damage to him and going through the whole process. so is Zogwort considered a defender, also would kustom field generator also work in this case.

No. Receiving damage in the damage process does not make a unit a defender. Being the object of an attack during another unit's combat turn does.

However you can still use the Ork Kannon to deal damage to Zogworts Runtherders to generate Snotlings.
