How does Blinding Rage work against Kazuya's Form ability?

I believe for each copy of Blinding Rage that was in play you can retrieve the maximum number of allowable copies of one foundation. IE the most cards you could retrieve from your deck would be 3 copies each of 4 different foundations that were blown up, if you had 4 copies of Blinding Rage in your staging area.

yeah you have to choose one of your foundations for each copy of blinding rage that you have in play
