I've been finding i'm missing various cards from the dunwich horror expansion. I'm not sure if the Ally Richard Upton Pickman is from dunwich or the king in yellow. At anyrate, I do not seem to have him, I don't think. Could someone link me to the cards picture and his abilities/bonuses?

Pretty odd if you're missing KiY allies, as that expansion had none .

and if Dam hadn't sent me the wiki link a few weeks ago, I wouldn't have any idea that KiY didn't have allies, as I have no small box expansions.

Check to see if your cards are stuck together slightly. I once "lost" The Messenger. After a half hour of searching, he detached from the rest of my allies.

Man, and losing the Messenger of Nyarla is like turning the Allies deck into a worthless pile of junk !

Hey Tibs, it might be a language issue, but I'm really unsure of what you meant in your answer - that is, if you meant you seconded my opinion on the Messenger, or if you personnaly thought he too was useless. I do love the Messenger, when I have to pick up one (for instance, at Ma's), I pick up that one, usually.

I don't shop for Allies. Clues > Allies. Though I suppose Anna Kaslow > Clues > Allies. Most often the Ally decks see action when Terror goes up. Occasionally I get one random Ally encounter and actually pass the requirements (or random Ally during setup or Dhol Chants).

Sorry. What I meant was that each of the Dark Pharaoh allies has only one encounter card that offers a chance to get that ally. Since my ally decks have 35 cards each, that means my chances of actually getting the opportunity to claim a Dark Pharaoh ally is very slim. Actually meeting the requirements is RARE. Even when I draw random allies, I usually don't get Dark Pharaoh ones. I also don't use the Ma's ability that often. Those trophies are better spent elsewhere, IMO.

The Messenger is a great ally. All the Dark Pharaoh allies are cool.

Make sure you check to see if the cards you're missing are stuck to the back of other cards. They can stick so close that it's almost impossible to see. I was missing an ally card and only found it on my second check through all the cards...

Thanks everyone. I'm not sure where he was. He just appeared in the ally deck. Oy vey...did I meantion i'm a 31 year old gerigoth?
