I found a mysterious card in my booster from the new set, it is a black X on a white card, but there is nothing write on it.

Can you say me what is it please?

It's an 'End of print' card. Quite a few people have them.

It's not supposed to be packaged but whomsoever it is that does FFG's packaging appear to be idiots.

You might be able to trade it to a collector for something, or return it to FFG for a free booster packet if you're lucky.

Seriously? It's two posts down. Is it that hard to see if someone else has asked the exact same question as you?
