New Blog - Warden of Arnor

By PocketWraith, in The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game

So I've been geting way into LotR over the past six months or so, wanting to engage more with the community, I have a bunch of opinions that I like to share; and ever since my friend who introduced me to the game told me about the Progression Series, I kind of wanted to do my own version of it. All this added up to me finally creating my own LotR LCG blog a few weeks ago, on which I'm doing The Line Unbroken, which is what I'm calling my pale imitation of the Progression Series, and posting other stuff about whatever comes to mind.

So if anyone feels like they might be interested in this stuff, please come and check it out. Feel free to tell me ways you think I could improve my content, and I'm very open to suggestions for different topics I could write articles/make videos about - Current ideas include possibly deckbuilding challenges, focuses on underused or just bad cards, and I kind of want to do something taking a look at the TftC First Age expansion because I love it (hence my volunteering to help Ian playtest Trial Upon the Marches, which I hope will give me one or two insights people might be interested in); but I'd love any outside input. With numerous good community resources already existing, it can feel a bit difficult to come up with something which hasn't already been done by someone else.

Added to my RSS feed reader! I'll check it out later this week during my commute to work.

Moar blogs! Welcome to the fold.

I love more content, though at this point I feel like it might be better to be like the Grey Company: more collaboration. Instead of new blogs, maybe joining up with existing blogs and expanding their content. It can help relieve the original blog owner of some responsibility while still making the blog more successful. I won't fault anyone for wanting to venture out on their own for various reasons, but if you can commit and want to help out, why not collaborate?

Just my 2 cents and it is also what I'd do if I could commit the time to contributing to a blog.

Book marked :-D will be reading during down time at work HUZZAH!

Welcome to the community sir! Love the name. Can't wait to read some of your stuff! I just saw your youtube channel and saw you have several playthroughs. I don't have a lot of time to sit down and watch one in one sitting but I'll be sure to check them out!

Again, welcome :)
