Can I use a S&V maneuver dial for a rebel ship (Z95 or Ywing) and vice versa?
Depends
Official tournament play - no
Casual games with your friends - sure, why not

And I am pretty sure I have missed several.
Edited by ForgottenloreFor an FFG tournament, you need all the right components: pilot card, baseplate, model, base and dial. Model paint jobs don't matter, having the right baseplate and dials with correct faction art does. Usually a blister contains everything you need for the ship it contains: Most Wanted comes with a few conversions, which are ships without stands or models (you use a model you already own).
In casual you and your opponent set the rules, so use whatever you like provided your opponent's cool with it.
I apologise if I've stated the obvious, but a lot of people don't seem to get this stuff at the moment.
Except that apparently FFG has apparently reversed their stance, as of late this afternoon:
Hahaha two updates later the answer is YES.
