So i want to play weyland and anarchs initially. To that end I bought the core (duh), and Order and Chaos (perfect timing, fantasy flight!). What one other thing would you recommend I pick up, apart from another core set? Nothing against buying another core eventually, but i'd like some more variety for now.

What Lies Ahead, no question. Project Atlas is a key agenda for many builds, and Imp is a quintessential Anarch card. Overall, the Genesis cycle rounds out the Core Set quite well and is pretty well recommended.

Up And Over gives you the Blue Sun ID, arguably the strongest Weyland ID (though that's relative to access to the whole card pool.)

Creation & Control gives you Clone Chip, Daily Casts, and Dirty Laundry, which are pretty key cards. I own two copies of that box.

And, when you get around to it, a second Core set gives you a lot of elbow room in many builds.
