Out of curiosity .. Why?

I don't mean that in a "you're wasting your time on a completely useless endeavour" kind of why. I am genuinely interested.

It's a conversion/modification Not impossible to pull off.

What you do is go get foilley magic cards like Paperairpain said and then you remove the card's face from the foil IIRC, you use a bit of acitone? And gently and lightly rub on the foil side, it removes the inks. Leaving you with foilley surface, then you should beable to find an ink/laser shipping label sheet in your local office supply store, make sure you get the clear sheets again IIRC, and you print out your custom card and apply to foilley side of card, apply back as standard print label (of said card) and trim to liking.

End result should be like what is shown (If I'm doing something wrong, in this pipe in)

Spot on! Acetone (nailpolish remover) works good. The only key thing is to not use a lot of it at once because the sides of the cards will drink it up. Use cotton balls so you don't do anything to the halo surface. Oh most important of all they MUST be 2012 and up Magic cards. The older ones are made better and don't wipe worth anything.

You are keeping it a magic card, and not removing anything. Thankfully FFG gives us wonderful card sleeves so that no one will ever know...

You can Card sleeve it or if you want a more authentic card you could get a white stock shipping label

And if you are using strange eon's xwing plug in (more info in link) you get a wonderful back to your card as well as your pilot card.

The neat thing about strange eons is it also allows you to print in the right size and gives you the ability to custom create ships/dials/crewngear

It also creates the ship tokens Here's an example of an imp ship I did for the 3d printed piece.

For the Ship tokens You have to look about for it, but I found that the back of some note books have a thick enough cardboard to match the material that the ship tokens are made out of though I think most folk simply just print them and use them like a small sheet of paper. If you are really out customizing your ships you may have extras or even have extra's tokens from "Requiring" only one luke skywalker and could "Shipping Label" a copy of this onto it
