Could you link to where you have seen members with personalized avatars. I haven't seen any.

Were they FFG employes?

At this point, custom Avatars shouldn't be possible. They should all be from one or the other of FFG's games.

I too would love to see someone with their own custom avatar. In fact, I would really love it if that someone was me.
