What happened to the new FAQ? On the page, where the contents are described etc. the link for the download only leads to the old FAQ (5.31) or do I miss something?

FFG has been made aware of the issue, and people who downloaded it have hosted it themselves in the meantime.
The newest FAQ is back on the site as of earlier today.
Is there a new tournament rules document as well? Current one is out-of-date.
