Due to schedule conflict, I had to push the Summit Star Wars night to June 9th. It will be a destiny tournament with a X-Wing furball on the side. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Star Wars, we will be doing a free event for X-Wing! Bring in a 30-point small base ship and fight to the last man! All participants will receive a special card that has both R2-D2 and integrated astromech on one card! This will run from 7-11pm.

No registration, just show up and play! I have at least 25 of those cards. I am also running a Star Wars destiny tournament that night starting at 7 with a $5 buy in.

It's in downtown Lansing, so the meters are free after 6pm. I usually can find a spot in front of the store.

The next X-Wing night at Summit is tomorrow night. It is an escalation tournament, with the first round being 50 points, the second round being another 50 for a total of 100, and the 3rd round adding another 50 for a total of 150. Also, three obstacles per person. $5 buy in, hopefully store kit 3 as prize support, running from 7-11pm.

We had a good turnout for our Store Championship on July 16th. Our next event will be a 100 point X-Wing tournament Friday, August 4th at Summit Comics and Games in downtown Lansing. 7pm start time, 3 rounds. $5 buy in, with prizes coming from the store kit for quarter three.

Hey guys. I haven't played much in the last year or 2 but 2.0 had got me itching to play again. Are there any 2.0 release tournys in the area? dose summit have a decent showing on Friday nights? Are there any other weekly meetings in the area?
