Instead of the "Force Rating +1" for the Niman Disciple, what do you think about adding a "Pushing Slash" force talent?

This could be a passive talent identical to Force Assault, but that could be activated on a succesful Lightsaber (Wisdom) attack by spending 3 Strain.

If I were to add in a new force assault talent, I would probably replace Force Assualt with Pushing Slash if any change was to be made at all. I don't think two fundmentally identical powers should exist, to be honest, I think Force Assualt is fine as it is.

Just the extra force rating is quite importent to Nimens appeal.

Niman is the force wizard lightsaber style. So it should keep the force rating. It is no more powerful than the universal force trees.
