I get that pretty much every afternoon from about May till the end of September down here in Florida. I really hate it when people do it on the major highways.

That's fairly crazy, but in our neck of the woods I sometimes find that direction indicators are just blinky lights to be used as Christmas decorations.

I've seen some of the videos from Russian drivers. Some of these people are just plain dangerous. And hazard lights wouldn't help.
