So the following situation happened in our game a couple of nights ago. I want to know if we did things right.
Player A was in the offense, attacking player B who also had 4 colonies. Now player B had no encounter cards in his hand, so he drew a new hand of 8 cards which were precisely the last 8 cards of the deck. Among the cards in his hand was the Tick-Tock flare card, that he used immediately because we reshuffled the deck that moment, thus winning the game.
Was this right, or should we have waited till someone actually needed to draw a card from the deck to reshuffle?
