I am getting a core set for Xmas. It will be a bit until I get a second core set. So, my question is can I reuse some cards twice during play, to make up for extra cards I don't have atm? For example, giving the Stark player 2 plays with the Eddard Stark card. If he loses the Eddard Stark card it would be added or shuffled back into the draw deck. At least that was the idea I had to get by until I get a second set of decks.

I'm guessing you're talking about the first version of AGoT rather than the second (because it's not for sale yet), so you've posted in the wrong section...
