Why is there a lack of ruthlessness in these ship builds?

I like the look of the card, I've yet to give it a whirl though.

I suspect that some games it will be devastating and others completely underwhelming.

Vessery seems like a good fit, I will definitely give him a try with clusters/ruthlessness.

Regardless of its effectiveness I reckon it's one of the most thematic cards in the game.

Problem with this is cluster missiles require you to spend lock, making both of your two shots highly unreliable because they BOTH need modification, but you can't modify either. To make Rhyme work, you need Jonus next to him. Why not try Ruthlessness on Vessery? Still requires a little support, but you also get two free target locks, which will help your double ruthlessness trigger.

I would not say that the shots are "highly unreliable". I would not say that you "need" to have some sort of modification. Does it work better if you have some sort of modification? Yes it does. Is it required? No it's not. I understand that hyper-competitive play requires the least amount of variance there is, but that doesn't mean it's not fun or worthwhile to just chuck the dice sometimes. Unreliable? Yes. Highly Unreliable? I wouldn't go that far.

Vessery would be a great choice to use it on, though. What else would go in a list with that? My first temptation is a bunch of Tie Fighters, but that might not work out well. I've had fun with Vessery with a Shuttle and Interceptor.

I'm always ruthless... I don't need a card that says so ;)

(I may change my mind later though, lol)

so many people wanna fly Outrider Falcon.

I think you mean Flapjack Attack.

Sooner or later the name will stick.

Try adding syrup. They're not that sticky on their own.

Bah, I've been using ruthlessness in my builds extensively the last few months. I love it.
