I completely agree, Adam seemed pretty helpful maybe then can refund the difference, its worth a try.

Adam is a great guy. I ran a local event to benefit Toys for Tots and sent emails/made phone calls to a bunch of X-Wing-related game companies to see if they'd be willing to donate any prize support.
The only responses I got back were from KR Multicase, Loot Crate, and Applied Perspective.
I was expecting Applied Perspective to send out a bag of tokens, maybe two. Here's what I received:

We had 12 players come out for the tournament, along with a handful more who came to hang out and donate toys. We used a Winter Kit as prizes for the winners, with the acrylics from Applied Perspective and the other donated prizes as raffles. You got a ticket for each toy that was donated.

AP has usually been pretty quick with their orders. I've noticed that my latest order, which I placed sometime during their Black Friday sale, still hasn't shipped. Kinda expected that though, since it was a holiday and a sale. In the past, my orders have shipped out within the same week, even within 2-3 days

When I ordered my templates I got a custom, non-standard colour scheme, and it took them 2-3 days to prepare and ship.
When I ordered my tokens, standard, they shipped the day after I placed the order.
Just got a confirmation that my order had shipped. Can't wait to finally be able to use some acrylic.
