Tycho can turn on a dime, he can easily get within range 1 outside of your target's arc.

Kyle with Jan can give Keyan evades and coupled with 3PO turns the B into a mini Falcon.

Tycho is still a lot of points on what is just a 2 dice ship. With him and Ion Kyle, the list might well suffer from lack of damage output with both Ks being very easy targets and Tycho being fairly ignorable.

Basically, too much defense and not enough offense.

Tycho could benefit a lot from Outmanuever. Another idea would be Expert Handling or Dare-Devil with Experimental Interface gives him opportunities to set up Outmanuevers more efficiently. (32 or 33 points)

This Tycho is a bit stiff (basically if you want to barrel-roll or hard-turn you need to do it after your normal action, since experimental works only with action header upgrades) but maybe offensively potent (since you can use both actions to arc-dodge and benefit from an offensive bonus through outmaneuver).

Also, while the Kyle + Ors combo is cute, I think you might just be better off with a Blue Squadron (more red dice) carrying Ors. You can get it with Advanced sensors for the same price, or FCS for a point cheaper.

Are you looking for more casual or competitive stuff?

Casual, the list is fine. It will be a very fun list and tycho will have some crazy shenanigans.

Competitive, you're going to want to ditch tycho. 33 points is too many points for a ship that doesn't help much offensively. Keyan is nice and a hard hitter but right now he is the only threat to yin your list. Once Keyan goes your list will have a very hard time dealing with the big 3 fat falcons, whispers, and swarms.

Putting hlc on Keyan would be nice and gives him a lot of punch and then maybe take a rookie and bandit for more ships and fire power. Another thing to think about is vi makes Keyan even harder to pin down and makes him effective against whisper. If you trade PTL for vi you get a 98 point bid which let's you compete for initiative against your standard whisper lists. You then just use adv. Sensors to do an action and perform a red, remember you can bump him into you ships for extra positioning options.
