It varies slightly. I attribute it to aliens. You might or might not ship early depending on when you pre-ordered.

Next year me and a bunch of friends will go to gencon, buy a bunch of the most popular ship, and then sell them on Amazon for 3x retail price.

Finally. I've been waiting forever to use my Decimator from GenCon in tournaments.

And the rule about FFG release dates holds true: Take the latest release date and add two months — that's when the product will release.

I almost had it right. I figured they would wait until Monday to announce it.

I'm sorta wondering if they kept the non american distribution on hold as well, to not have them released earlier there. If so, they should be coming to stores here sooner as well.

If I place an order at Miniature Market for one of each of the Wave 4 ships and both Aces packs of which I have none along with pre-ordering the Wave 5 ships will they wait until the Wave 5 ones are released before shipping everything? It would be enough to get me the free shipping. That's actually fine with me as I'm not in a hurry. And do they not charge you until the order is shipped?

1. They won't ship until everything you ordered is in stock (unless you call and break up the order)

2. I'm pretty sure payment is charged when the order is placed not fulfilled.

Well, Wave 6 has been slated for quarter 4 2014. The latest date to meet that timeframe is late December. Add two months and you get ... late February 2015. There's your actual timeframe for when Wave 6 will hit stores.

I hope it's not a repeat of rebel aces here in the UK, I want my decimator asap.

****, that was a loooooooooooong wait made longer by knowing a bunch of people already have had wave 5 for over 3 months :/

And all across the internet a resounding Meh was heard, still another 2 weeks till its at distributors then add a week till my flgs gets it so i might get it late december.

Doubtful...thats not really how fulfillment works. I keep hearing this lame arse complaint and it is starting to get to me (I work in supply chain management for a huge fortune 500 company)...they more than likely had a small batch (seeing as they are supplying a convention...not their worldwide distribution system) air shipped at a much higher cost per unit to get some available at GenCon to get their customer base excited...worth the cost I would say as people on these boards have been complaining if they couldnt get one ever since (complaining cause it only made them want one more I would wager.)

I wouldnt pay the exorbiant cost to have my worldwide distribution chain fulfilled just to keep a few people from complaining...I would pay the extra cost for a few units to get to the biggest convention of the year to drum up excitement however...which is what they did and was a smart move on their part.

You people just need to be patient and realize that world doesnt revolve around you. Would I like to have my Decimator now? Absolutely! Would I have liked to have it 3 mos ago? Hell to the yes. Am I pissed because they made it available to those who were able to make it to GenCon when I couldnt? No...I will get mine eventually and that is what matters, and now that i have a solid date I really have something to look forward to. If you need it so bad now go pay a scalper on Ebay...they would be happy to supply you.

Just be glad we finally have a definite light at the end of the tunnel.

EDIT to add: Thanks for the update by the way! I checked the page this morning and it still said on the boat...Ill be contacting my FLGS this coming week to see when they plan on having my $50 wave 5.
