Honestly FFG could make a 2D cardboard Nebulon B that's basically a big token and I would be happy. It's all about the gameplay.
No it wouldn't and no it ain't!!!

1. Wedge-shape: Check!
2. Not obscenely huge (@255m vs Tantive@150): Check!

Where should we be looking? That is a long vid.
Perhaps a "ship" is not what the Empire needs. I always liked the outposts from the xwing/tie fighter series. Maybe a stationary installation is right for epic?
Hey check out Farlanders card! That's a V-Wing in the background! The Airspeeder, that is.

Ooooooh, a controversial suggestion! An interesting one, though!

I like this suggestion although as an imperial player I would prefer a ship the game does always seem to lack a certain amount of direction. The idea of 2-8 fighters randomly meeting in space isn't very thematic
A trench-runesk attack on a station would be good I think they should release rules for a cut out then we could make our own stations on top if we wish too

Why not both? Gozanti vs. The GR-75 and a outpost vs. The blockade runner.

A space station would add a new aspect to the game, 100% stationery but with better fire power than a cruiser.
I want a non-dagger shaped Imperial Huge. Why you ask?
1.) I want a ship that actually appears in SW lore (like the Lancer, Gozanti, Imp Escort Frigate etc.), not some obscure ship that appeared in 1 picture in 1 sourcebook (like the Vigil, Gladiator, and a bunch of others)
2.) a dagger shaped ship would simply be too wide!
I'd really hate it if we get the Vigil or another obscure ship simply because it is dagger shaped and therefore "iconic"

I agree with the meeting random fighters in space. The "short range fighter" elephant has bothered me. Especially with the missions that allow Imperial reinforcement. Where are these small TIEs coming from? Did they get lost as part of a convoy or something? The outpost "solves" the question. Though, a ship needs to happen as well.

Thats a B-Wing with closed s-foils in the background.
Meaning, if you want to fly a Nebulon-B, you are destined for Armada...
Meh, not necessarily...
Something this big would need a different set of captial ship rules. Unless you had a very large play area, it would need to be stationary, and the whole power management ruleset for smaller ships just doesn't seem feasible to me... I mean we have this big powerful capital ship and yet we have to decide what systems get power? Just curious if anybody gave thought to this and how it might work.

The real talk starts at: 1:00 as it speaks to EPIC and ARMADA and so forth.
That last 25 minutes is full of answers.

Totally out of left field, but actually a pretty good suggestion
We play regular games with a couple of ISD's using sans fi rules and they are lots of fun. Standard epic mat, allowing the destroyers to move up to 2 straight or shallow turns. Really captures the feel of the lumbering giants with the nimble fighters darting in and out. Looking forward to adding my Neb B and MkII Frigate to th mix if anyone feels like ruling them up <hint hint> the current Neb B rules out there seem a little under powered.
IMO scale isn't too important for the larger ships, if it's bigger it's bigger, use the rules to up-gun the monsters and give them some more grunt, it works, I promise you. If it bothers you don't use them and miss out on the fun!
Space station is a funky idea too btw, currently working on a couple for both x-wing and Armada!
