Just wondering what lists you all might consider your favorite?

Or, if you had to play one game for $1,000,000 which list do you put on the table?

Favourite I am not sure as I have a few favourite ships and still experiment with lists all the time, however if I had to win a game then I would go with Whisper and mini-swarm every time, that being either 5 Academies or 3 Obsidians and Howlrunner.

I win with this list only slightly more often than I lose, so it's not the most fiercely competitive list, but boy is it fun to play

This was always my best list before Rebel Aces came out, now with the charrd refits, i have an extra 4 pts to spend.... Swarm tactics and flechette torpedo on ten numb i think, though not playtested yet, other option is upgrading prototypes to greens...

I'd probably keep 1 proto as a low PS blocker, and have a Greenie as a flanker.

When I started the game I fell in love with the classic Howlrunner TIE swarm. Now, if this game were for a MILLION Dollar cash prize, and I had no idea what my opponent was bringing to the table, would I still run it???

Yes, yes I would. I feel that even now with Fat Han this and Whisper that, that this list still is quite competitive for a Wave 1 list and will still see a lot of play for years to come.

Although I have been want to try swapping the gold for Roark with ICT and possibly Nien num.

My favourite would probably be some variation on the Three Amigos - three ace Rebel pilots gives you plenty of points left over for customisation and playing around with upgrades. It's not exactly competitive though, as from the second you lose a ship it can become an uphill battle.

It also lets you come up with "hilarious" list names like

AXE (Jake, Wedge and Etahn)

BYE (Farlander, Dutch and Corran)

EYE (You get the point)

If I had to stake my reputation (hah) on a particular list though, I'd have to go with old faithful: XXXX

Again, not particularly competitive, but I've had some success playing with it and I've got more experience with Rebels than Imperials so, well, stick with what you know.
