I'd really like to have Chiraneau as an EPT, although I wouldn't want my opponents to have access to that upgrade.
I don't know if I'd like Keyan's ability to be more widely available, either, but in the future I think it would be great to see more ways of spending stress tokens for moderate effects. It's an area of the design space that doesn't really exist right now except for Keyan, and I think it's a very cool concept.
Arvel's, hands down. Would love to use that on a decimator - "oh no, I rammed you and you took a damage? Well now I can shoot you point blank and you can't shoot me back, sorry!" 
I'd like a watered down 'Soontir/PTL' effect. (cheaper than 3 points obviously)
After preforming an action you may assign a stress token to your ship, after that you receive 1 focus token.
(wording needs to be checked; intent is; get stress but also a focus)

Actually, we sort of have this already in the Determination EPT. And it's cheap!
