If you have Swarm Tactics and no way to stress your target, you should save the points and just take a Fringer. Eaden is actually the best candidate for NOT taking the title, because of his ability to increase his primary if the target is stressed, which you have not taken advantage of here. Best options would be to give up the HLC and find ways to consistently stress your targets.

Sure you can tinker to add a Goldie, Gray or a Hobbie with Stressbot/Flechette but is worth worrying about the r1/4d all that important? I agree with you that the Outrider Title on Vrill is a bit of a waste, which is why he's not equipped with it.

For me its about the other "in play" mechanics within the build that I've been enjoying all of the action potential between Airen, Lando & Vrill. The potential to BR, TL then the green dice rolls for Evade or Focus results, then have Blount strip the stress is crazy fun.

However season to taste...
