Hello to everyone!

I just read in the news the last article about Diskwar written by the world champion. If I read correctly he used Speed of Asuryan to give Teclis mobile so he could move, use magic, then with karl Franz Activate Teclis again to strike again and escape.

According to the rules, this seems impossible to do since mobile doesn't allow you to move and use magic. Am I wrong?

RB page 21 explains that "a disk with mobile can use its focus ability ... when making a move action"

Same page: using magic is considered to be resolving a focus ability.

Addiionally, magic ability has to be one of the options a disk can resolve when activated described on RB page 8:

- move

- resolve a focus ability

- make a ranged attack

- pass

Magic is definetely no "move" action and no "pass" action. As magic is not a ranged attack, as declared on RB page 21, it must be the last remaining, thus being a focus ability.

In my understanding of the rules it should work out just how the champion used it.
