PTL Wingman A-wings.
Same problem, though; you can't get five ships in this list.

What I also argue is that Outmaneuver is good if you already have a focus. So if you're confident in your skills get 5 A-wings with Outmaneuver. Spread them around, force him to split fire arcs so you can choose a target you Outmaneuver.
Or an even better idea, mix Predator with Outmaneuver. 2 AWings with Predator, 3 with Outmaneuver.
An interesting idea, the 2 Predator/3 Outmaneuver. Worth trying, but just going with my intuition, I think it's more effective, in general, to modify your red dice than cutting down your opponent's green dice.

Of course it is. But if you already have focus, the second modifier doesn't add as much value as removing a green dice.
One thing to consider with Outmaneuver:
If your squad is all A-wings, then they certainly won't all be able to stay out of the enemy firing arcs. Outmaneuver is a card you'd put on your flanker or someone who can also barrell roll, ideally.
There are exceptions to this, such as when the enemy is running a Han + Corran list--you probably could indeed stay out of arcs with at least half and even most of your ships.
Basically what I'm saying is if you run all A-wings, I wouldn't put outmaneuver on ALL of them.

Every time I think of something, I keep reading and you post it! I was thinking, "what about Outmaneuver?" You posted. People counter posted, and I thought, "what about mixing it up?" You post again.
I think mixing it up can be fun. You just fly a little different. In fact, if your opponent is figuring you out and trying to counter you, you kind of make it easier to figure out where they are going to go, right?

Not to mention that you confuse your opponent with which ship has which upgrade (certainly a gray area - I don't mean that you should hide your ship cards out of sight of your opponent - but he might make unprovoked mistakes).

That depends. If you have all A-Wings in formation and he has one ship, it might be the case the either Outmaneuver triggers for all of your ships or it doesn't at all. If you have A-wings coming from different directions, if he spreads his arcs he's in a position where some of your A-wings trigger Outmaneuver on some of ships and some A-Wings trigger on his other ships.
I do agree with you that putting Outmaneuver on all your ships will not get you that many triggers in most situations, but it is possible.
I'm looking forward to trying out this combo. I've seen how effective it can be on Black Squadron TIEs, and there's no reason it shouldn't also work on A-Wings.
The next list I plan to use look something like this:
Etahn
R2 Astro
PTL
Advanced Sensors
Green Sq
Predator
Green Sq
Predator
Green Sq
Predator
Although I'm considering dropping one of Etahn's upgrades to get VI on 2 or 3 of the A's.
