Probably neither. If Biggs is doing green maneuvers to regen shields, then he is very predictable and with your entire force wanting to stay close to him, they are also predictable. I think you've got a situation where you have to few ships and not enough firepower.
Cant really speak to how good either list is however I will say this, Predator and R5-K6 are quite redundant together, if you have Predator on a ship you should never be performing the TL action (and the predator re-rolls don't trigger R5-K6)

I was hoping the spare Focus tokens would power the Blaster Turret to get Kyle a 3 Attack.

Since I've posted that, I've been getting a lot of feedback similar to yours. I'm thinking about swapping Predator for Swarm Tactics to give Biggs/Kyle a PS9. That could stop an extra attack on Biggs.

It won't have the benefit of a focus token or a target lock though. So really you're getting a decent attack from Wedge each turn, but the other two will generally be lack luster unless you get lucky. One strong attack and two weak attacks isn't going to be enough to carry the day, especially when all of your ships aren't particularly tough or able to outmaneuver much.
Low agility wants evade tokens, high agility generally wants focus (if they can only have one or the other) but can also make good use of evades. Both is best, when possible.
I started playing a list that was really meant to be a fun test list for Keyan, but I didn't expect it to do that well. It turned out to last much longer than I expected and deal impressive damage for a three ship rebel list. Keyan is pricey here, but he hits like a train and is protected by Biggs and Jan.

Stay close to Biggs most of the time, but it can actually help to hold him back occasionally to spread out damage. Better to have 3 partially damaged but fully capable ships than 2 ships. Feed Biggs the evades until he dies. Wes shoots first, strips tokens, and stresses the target. Keyan rolls 5 dice at any range, is always focused, and is usually target locked until Biggs is cleared. Then, keep the evades on Keyan. Opponents with agile targets may actually focus on Wes first, as he poses a threat to their Phantoms and Interceptors. Otherwise, just fly well with Keyan to keep him up and align that Heavy Laser where you can, and FOCUS FIRE as long as you have multiple ships.

That list makes me hate that the Rebel Transport exists. I don't want the ship, but would love the pilots. ![]()
TBH i bought one ages ago, i use it a lot.... as scenery to replace asteroids.
The xwing pilots like you say are great and the repaint make a great flight leader.
The Rebel transport is a great value. Lots of great pilots and upgrades, and then you get the rebel transport which is fun in epic games. R5-P9 that comes with it makes Luke a machine. Porkins is hilarious. Wes is used everywhere. Hobbie has his uses and Tarn R-7 is amazing. Got mine for half off with a coupon not too long ago and glad I did. I have probably played more games of epic than most people on here though. The transport is well worth its points in epic. It should never have more than 50 points on it though or you are doing it wrong. The upgrades and pilots alone are worth the cost to me but it's your money.
I just dont play many epic games. The ones i do tend to be scenario based. Regrettably some of the rebel transport scenarios require you to have THREE of them which is stretching it a bit....
