Any idea on when this will be released? My roommate is dying for a new expansion.

A friend of mine got this preordered from a retailer in the US (CSI, could it be?) and they told him second half of February. Then... there's no official date on this site, so, dunno, but from the Upcoming section the game results being "on the boat" hence it shouldn't be too long ("boat time" means 4 to 6 weeks)

I hope the expansion can be played seperately from the basic box and Unseen Forces (which I will never seperate again).

I find the combo above an incredible game to enjoy for 90 minutes. So my hope is that this Arkham expansion gives 2 easy alternatives to play both games instead of mixing it up.

As a fan I could perhaps even buy a second copy of the basic box (+ UF) so set up would not be too confusing.

Of course it all depends on the quality of that new expansion.

Surely playing time should be limited: no longer than 1.5 hours or you better play Eldritch or Arkham Horror instead.
