Jake, the whole thread or just the cards? I have a friend that's half polish and she's also an Arkham player; I could ask her (even tho I cannot promise she'll do that in the shortest time). In case, you can contact her directly via BGG as "Fogliesulsentiero"

btw. "Złoty Skarabeusz" (Golden Skarab) is one of the best amator-expansions (especially with The Dark Pharaoh)
