Ok was just thinking on how popular the falcon lists seem to be in competitive play and was just wondering if any firespray base lists exsisted?

Three Bounty Hunters is highly competitive.

It won a national recently, too, I think.

People seem to like the basic Bounty Hunter a lot, along with Krassix Trelix when he has a HLC. I have a feeling it would do well alongside TIE mini swarms and also with the Decimator. Also, someone made top 8 using three shuttles and a Firespray, so that might be an option. Overall, the Firespray is a good ship, but you do pay quite a bit for it to start.

There was a Kath + Breath list going around at one point I thought.

I have seen Firespray + Rebel Captive as a counter to high skill Tie Phantoms out there.

Dual Bounty Hunters with HLC and a TIE Fighter (Backstabber or Mauler Mithel most often) is quite a popular list in my local meta.

I find the Firespray is a great way to add some HP to the squad without another cow. I say another because I usually bring a cow. I ran a variation of Scarlet Cowgirl last night, and plan on bringing it, perhaps with some tweaks, to a tournament next Sunday.

I was pleased when Kath's ability triggered, and she laid down 2 stress at range 2 several times.

I play conservatively with Echo, to keep her out of the fray until Kath has softened them up a bit.

Firesprays have some good comparability with defenders used mercenary with recon specialist and a pair of onyx defenders to good effect, 22 hit points to eat through its got decent firepower and the k turns plus the rear arc stop people getting behind you safely.
