I'm thinking the focus tokens are on a lighter colored green acrylic. The 2nd generation ones are dark, on a star field board, they look almost black. The 1st generation ones are so dark most people think they are black. It will also make it possible to tell the difference between the two for silly collectors.

The focus tokens are probably opaque acrylic rather than the transparent acrylic focus tokens we got originally.

I just want to point out something that has been ignored as of yet: This is the first alt art card for this game to NOT be a movie still. That opens up a TON (as in, the rest of them) of other characters that could get alt art cards! There's still hope for alt art Rogue Squadron, Kyle/Jan, bounty hunters, defenders, etc.

Except for the Attack on Imdaar Alpha art card for Bandit Squadron Pilot.

I thought there were more, but I must have been thinking about the crew cards that matched existing pilots. In any event, I like the new Soontir card and hope we get more with character art in the future.

I would prefer that. I took a good close look zoomed way in and *think* they look semi-transparent. But I do prefer opaque a lot. It's hard to tell. Either way if the photo is accurate they are going to be better.
