I find HLC+Outrider still struggles against any sort of tanking build be it Fat Han or Kencimator. It's hard to do sufficient damage when you're constantly getting chewed out by Gunner+Predator.

I play this squad:

Dash Rendar + Veteran Instincts + Heavy Laser Cannon + Outrider (49)

Chewbacca + Gunner + C-3PO + Millennium Falcon (51)

Having a record of 11-2 with it currently and faced many Fat Falcons long the way and 1 Decimator. I found the Falcon list the be in my favor. While the only squads I didn't just out right win were Vs squads of 5+ ships. This is a real squad and will find a way into the meta, keep an eye out.
