During Gen Con, I basically couldn't even access this web page - and even that wasn't enough as I have some "friends" who know my feelings, and thought it would be funny to e-mail me the pictures of S&V under a completely different pre-text.

Here's the good news ... I have a growing lesion in my brain, and one of its side affects is that it destroys my short term memory. So, by the time we get Wave 5, Rebel Aces, Wave 6, etc., it will all seem like new again !!!

How exactly do you enjoy upcoming releases when they aren't in your hands yet?

I mean dude, Rebel Aces have been on the boat so long I'm guessing we see wave 10 previewed before we have them on store shelves.

I've been curious about how long it takes for a product "On the Boat" to hitting the shelves too. So during Gen Con this year, I managed to ask Christian Petersen, one one one, to elaborate on the production cycle icons, i.e. "On the Boat". He told me that it usually takes about six to eight weeks while On the Boat. From that, it takes a couple of weeks during the "Now Shipping" phase. Note, that weather tends to slow things down.
