Could someone please explain to me how, in what way, the Quick Strike game, whose one of its liscences was Avatar, could be considered a game?

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Like... the only choices in that game was what you deck had in it, and how risky/greedy you wanted to get with letting your opponent's attack get to you... wow... insane.
