haha this is ironic...my mom just asked me earlier what happened to my music taste. I used to like back street boys and nsync! haha now believe it or not by the way i look..i like alternative and metal and a little other randomness. Red Jumpsuit apparatus is my face band right now!! Five finger death punch and american hi-fi are some of my other faves. my fave solo artist is John mayer!!! Sexy!!!!! hehe

I've started listening to a lot of older George Michael stuff actually. It really is true that he was so much better before his whole coming out of the closet fiasco, which is unfortunate. But the Faith album is amazing. One More Try and Father Figure are my favourites at the moment, but off that album, Fastlove and Too Funky are cool too. I still think Sweet Dreams (are made of these) by Eurythmics is the most amazing song ever made. (Was never all that keen on Marylin Mansons version of it, although his Personal Jesus is awesome)

I find it amusing that 'popular' music seems to be so... unpopular nowadays. I think I'm the only person other than Saccharin having downloaded some Kylie that hasn't listed some form of Rock or Metal band in favour of something more 'conventional'. I'm not one to account for anybody elses tastes, mine is obviously just a lot more different than I thought it was (bring on the flame wars) I think Muse is probably the farthest I stray from 'pop' music, although I do love Muse as much as the next guy...
