Tricky to play, but surprisingly good and fun.

My first crack at a Tie Swarm with Howlrunner... I usually fly Interceptors but decided to give the swarm a try and nuked a Chewie YT in the second round.

I had a lot of fun flying the (Jedi) Masters of the Universe on a whim.

Had lots of fun in a tourney this past weekend with the following:

99 points. It was a 3 round tournament and I was one of two players to go 3 for 0. I even faced a Chewie Falcon build.

Tycho, Jake, Gemmer and Greeny has been by far the most fun list I've used this month.

There's nothing more satisfying that throwing 6 attack die with a Target lock and a (Stress) Focus at range 3, in fact last time I played this list I 1-shot Jonus with 6 hits when he rolled Blank, eye for defence (Wes of course stripping his focus previously)

It was a pretty solid list but not my usual run.

Played the 125 vs 125 formt, which is a LOT more fun. haha it creates multiple engagement zones and really doesn't take much more time. balance stays relatively same.

against a friend who isnt quite as familiar as i, intentionally a "bad" list for fun.

2 gammas with proton torps

1 gamma with seismic

2 academies

we had a center theater, biggs + Zs vs gammas, with the academies coming in on the side. while two ints and a bomber went after wedge and blount. (that was a dumb idea! haha!)

Ended up as a duel between Wedge with R2D2 and a full HP bomber on his tail (k-turn advantage)

that game was close came down to father and son 1 hit point each. VI on Luke won him the day

Really enjoyed getting either Wedge or the Bwing behind the enemy and at range 1. Wedge got flank on enemy phantom with 5 shots and -1 to enemy maneuver.

Not the best squad, but fun.
